“My IT journey started with a legacy computer donated to me by a local business that had shut down. This PC was running Windows NT and was much different than the workstations of today. Since then, family, friends and word-of-mouth have brought me clients needing computer and electronic repairs - viruses, malware or hardware failures, I've either brought them back to life with repairs, upgrades or having to replace them.
With over 15+ professional years in IT, I've relied on honesty and integrity. I repair what's needed, I don't push unnecessary solutions, and make recommendations according to each unique situation.

“I was looking for an old personal computer with a floppy disk drive that would allow me to check whether or not my obsolete floppy disks were readable.
I contacted Jake, who offered to help. On hearing that I owned an old 5.25-inch floppy disk drive, Jake suggested trying the old drive in one of his refurbished computers.
We got together, and I found Jake to be extremely patient whilst we tried various combinations of hardware and software until we found a setup that worked.
Jake goes out of his way to assist, his prices are very reasonable, and he puts in more hours than he charges for.
